Purple Stripe

Rich sweet flavor when roasted or sautéed, also great raw with medium not overpowering garlic flavor.

German Extra Hardy

German Extra Hardy is in the Porcelain group of hardneck garlics. Rich garlic flavor with lingering heat. The taste is pungent, but not overpowering. There is some heat but when cooked the taste mellows. Easy to prepare and stores well. This variety's very large cloves makes it one of the easiest to peel.
