Singletary Garlic Farms USA local grown gourmet garlic, cleaned, dried and finely grated into powder with salt all into a powder.
 
This is not your typical store bought garlic, it is a stronger garlic which packs a little kick.
It is then mixed with just the right amount of salt and parsley to make this the perfect topping to everything you add salt to but wish it had an extra pop of something.
 
NOTE: By Volume not physical weight. Garlic Powder/Garlic Salt does have a tendency to settle and pack into container.
 
Please do not just use the same amount as you would with garlic salt purchased from the store. A little goes a long way.
